Maintain and Enhance websites over the long term, supporting continuous improvement and future projects. RequirementsProven Experience as a Full-Stack Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing custom-built websites (not based on templates). Technical Proficiency in multiple front-end and back-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, React, Vue, Angular, Node.js, Python, PHP, or others). Strong UI/UX Sensibility to collaborate with the in-house team on design-focused development. Familiarity with Functional Specifications and ability to translate them into effective solutions. Strong Communication Skills in English to ensure smooth collaboration and progress updates. Flexible Work Schedule with 4-6 hours of overlap in the Central Time Zone for meetings and discussions. Nice-to-HaveExperience with custom CMS development. Background in engineering-related industries. Knowledge of accessibility best practices.
