W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL. 40 hours/week, 9 Month Assignment.\nResponsibilities Ensure revenue recognition is booked accurately, timely, and in compliance with SOX controls and GAAP standards.\nMonth-end close activities for revenue recognition, including but not limited to journal entries, revenue calculation,s and accruals.\nPrepare and maintain balance sheet reconciliations.\nResolve the sales order data ingestion exceptions and ensure the order details are accurately ingested into Oracle for revenue recognition.\nProcess delivery adjustments for media ad sales orders.\nAssist with quarterly SOX audits, internal audit, and external audit requests.\nQualifications 2+ years of accounting experience.\nBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.\nRevenue experience.\nOracle or major ERP experience.\nIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Lookup function, pivot tables, etc.).\nAbility to effectively manage time and meet tight deadlines.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.\nAdvertising media industry experience is a plus.\nOperative One and Salesforce experience is a plus.\nShift Office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
