This is why our drivers enjoy long-lasting careers with us.Benefits You Can Rely On:Compensation: First-year drivers can earn between $65,000 and $90,000 annually.Immediate Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with FSA/HSA options and company-paid life insurance starting from day one.Paid Time Off: Accrue vacation time and sick leave from your first day.401(k) Profit Sharing: Available after 90 days of employment.Additional Perks: Pet insurance, maternity/paternity leave, employee assistance programs, discounts, tuition reimbursement, and more!Your Role as a CDL-A Delivery Driver:Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tractor-trailer, submitting a DOT inspection report detailing its condition.Verify the bill of lading and store keys accurately for off-hour deliveries.Operate the tractor-trailer to its destination, utilizing knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skills for maneuvering on the road and at customer locations.Maintain a driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) in compliance with DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipts, product temperatures, and any exceptions.Unload the trailer and deliver products to customer premises.Perform other assigned duties as needed.Qualifications for a CDL-A Teammate:Must be at least 21 years old.Possess a valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A).Have a minimum of 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of experience driving a tractor-trailer.Meet our organization's MVR and risk rating standards.This role requires the ability to read, write, and comprehend English at a level necessary for performing job-related tasks safely and effectively, including understanding work instructions and safety protocols.Do You Fit the Following Criteria?
