Event Sales Coordinator
Job Summary:
As an Event Sales Coordinator, you are the architect of fun. You will be the primary point of contact for clients looking to host everything from corporate team-building retreats and holiday parties to milestone birthdays and social gatherings. Your mission is to convert inquiries into bookings, community outreach by external sales, and upselling our premium attractions, and ensure every detail is handed off seamlessly to our operations team.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
· Consultative Selling: Understand client needs to build custom event packages that include catering, beverage service, and attractions (Go-Karts, Bowling, etc.).
· Site Tours: Conduct energetic and professional tours of the facility to showcase the Elev8 Fun experience to potential clients.
· Contract Management: Generate proposals, contracts, and BEOs (Banquet Event Orders) with high attention to detail.
· Collaboration: Work closely with the Food & Beverage and Operations teams to ensure event execution meets (and exceeds) client expectations.
· CRM Maintenance: Keep meticulous records of client interactions, pipeline stages, and post-event feedback.
· Drive Revenue, proactively manage inbound and engage in outbound prospecting to fill
· Other duties as assigned
Education & Experience:
2+ years of experience in event sales, hospitality, or a high-volume entertainment
environment.
A self-starter attitude with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills.
The ability to stay organized in a fast-paced, loud, and exciting environment.
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds at times.
· Willingness to work weekends or evenings occasionally, as that’s when the party happens
· Able to travel locally for outbound sales/promotions
· Able to travel outside of local market as needed for offsite events

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
