Project Manager - Remote

Position Highlights The Project Manager position plays a vital role in the ongoing success of the Payment Optimization team with responsibility for driving moderately complex projects and/or components/phases of larger, more complex projects.The Project Manager will implement and manage key programs designed to grow the Payment Optimization suite of services, including but not limited to Interchange Optimization and Surcharge. The successful candidate will execute strategic initiatives that will accelerate speed to revenue across primary sales channels. Duties include program management, project management and general day-to-day management of strategic initiative designed to grow our business. The right candidate will contribute to the long-term success of Payment Optimization and the company.Execute defined strategic revenue initiatives often within accelerated timeline. Drive initiatives with a hands on approach while executing, managing, and reporting results.Understand revenue drivers across primary channels, use program management and risk management approach to ensure revenue attainment.Organize and gathers information from various departments and meetings and reports that information, along with recommendations, to leadership members.Must be effective navigating the organization to produce desired results, operate with a sense of urgency, and know when/how to bring forward project risks.Ability to manage time well.Ability to handle multiple projects and align meetings with key stakeholders.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree, or equivalent work experienceEight to ten years of experience in project management activitiesPreferred Skills and Experience4+ years of experience in business and IT program and project management2+ years of experience in the Payments industryStrong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsSolid planning, organizational, analytical, and multi-tasking skillsCreativity ability to think outside of the boxEagerness to work intensively in joint teams to accomplish project objectiveSelf-starter attitude ability to self-serv, investigate and get the information needed for the project at handProficient in Microsoft Office toolsProficient in Microsoft ProjectProven problem-solving skills from problem assessment to solution selectionAbility to represent technical delivery tasks to non-technical and/or business resourcesPerforms duties under limited supervision, applying a broad knowledge of principles, practices, and assignmentsSuperior attention to detail and process/project management skillsAbility to develop a strong understanding of delivery capabilities associated with projects that are supportedIf theres anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.Benefits Take care of yourself and your family with our employee benefits.
