This is a highly visible, enterprise-level initiative that requires strong leadership across multiple workstreams, vendors, and cross-functional teams.This role will work closely with an internal program leader to establish structure, accountability, and execution rigor within a complex and evolving transformation effort. The ideal candidate will bring both technical implementation knowledge and senior-level program management expertise.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of a contact center migration to Genesys CloudCollaborate with internal leadership to define ownership, priorities, and execution strategyCoordinate efforts across business units, technical teams, vendors, and operationsManage timelines, scope, risks, dependencies, and overall program healthEnsure readiness for deployment, including go-live planning and executionProvide clear, consistent updates to stakeholders and executive leadershipEstablish governance, structure, and cadence across multiple workstreamsMaintain alignment across teams and drive forward progress in a dynamic environmentProactively identify risks and mitigate issues while minimizing escalationsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience7+ years of project or program management experienceProven experience leading large-scale enterprise system migrations or transformationsHands-on experience with Genesys Cloud or similar contact center platforms (e.g., NICE, IVR, WFM)Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiativesStrong communication skills with experience engaging senior stakeholdersPreferred Qualifications:Direct experience leading contact center platform migrationsExperience working in highly regulated or enterprise environmentsAbility to operate at a senior or principal project management levelKey Skills Required:Contact Center Platform Migration (Genesys, NICE, IVR, WFM)Program & Project LeadershipStakeholder Communication & Executive ReportingRisk & Scope ManagementWhy This Location?This remote opportunity offers flexibility while maintaining strong collaboration with East Coast-based teams.
