Responds to requests for installation, administration, and support of network components and systems.\nProvides technical support for network issues, network analysis, installation, configuration, and support. Coordinates and makes assignments for the current and future requirements of assigned areas of responsibility.\nImplements and provides guidance related to processes and policies. Creates and maintains network documentation, including scopes of works, diagrams, processes, and test plans.\nMonitors network performance and investigates problems and outages to resolution.\nEvaluates and recommends solutions that are feasible, cost effective, compatible, and consistent with the department and organization’s strategic goals.
