This role works closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, analyze healthcare data, and develop complex reports and databases. The position plays an important role in transforming healthcare data into meaningful information that supports operational efficiency and clinical improvements.Responsibilities:• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and understand business and reporting requirements.• Perform qualitative and quantitative data analysis to identify meaningful insights.• Design, develop, test, and maintain complex reports and databases.• Build and maintain data solutions using Epic databases, including Chronicle, Clarity, and Caboodle.• Utilize the Epic Cogito suite of tools to develop and support business intelligence solutions.• Translate complex healthcare data into actionable information for clinical and business stakeholders.Requirements:• Epic Cogito Business Intelligence Developer certification.• Strong expertise with Epic databases, including Chronicle, Clarity, and Caboodle.• Advanced knowledge of Epic Cogito tools and business intelligence solution development.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Pay Range and Compensation Package:• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
