This is not a remote position.\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\n1+ years of personal computer experience and a strong understanding of operating systems, business applications, and printing systems.\nDemonstrated leadership in resolving customer PC problems.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nA+ Certification or equivalent experience.\n\nPosition Functions\n\nConfigure and stage new equipment as it arrives according to Solution Builders’ standards and client’s setup guides. Modify client documentation as necessary to keep it current with technology standards.\nWhere requested, perform other support duties such as new and terminated user setups and onsite deliveries or pickups of equipment.\nResearch and escalate issues to the proper resources within Solution Builders to ensure client satisfaction according to Solution Builders’ standards.\nDocument all work, support issues, resolutions, and time in the company approved ticketing system as they occur according to Solution Builders’ standards.\nCommunicate with clients in a professional and timely manner as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, and notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages according to Solution Builders’ standards.\nUpholds the company policy guidelines as well as recommends new and improved guidelines to ensure compatibility and better service at client locations.\nMaintains current technical expertise in the rapidly changing technology of computing and utilizes state-of-the-art techniques when implementing client solutions.\nMaintains a positive attitude and positive working relationship with all departments to optimize working relationships and communication.\nFulfills department requirements in terms of providing work coverage and administrative notification during periods of personnel illness, vacation, or education.\nPerforms at or above company performance standards established within the department.\n\nAdditional Duties and Responsibilities\n\nUpholds the company policy guidelines as well as recommends new and improved guidelines to ensure compatibility and better service at client locations.\nMaintains current technical expertise in the rapidly changing technology of computing and utilizes state-of-the-art techniques when implementing client solutions.\nMaintains a positive attitude and positive working relationship with all departments to optimize working relationships and communication.\nFulfills department requirements in terms of providing work coverage and administrative notification during periods of personnel illness, vacation, or education.\nPerforms at or above company performance standards established within the department.\nOther tasks and projects as directed by company management.\n\nSolution Builders is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse workforce.
