With supportive, experienced leadership, room to grow, and a culture built on trust, teamwork, and respect, it’s a place where your work is appreciated and your career can grow long term.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nOperate paper cutters and finishing equipment according to job tickets and production schedules\nRead and interpret work orders, job tickets, and cutting layouts\nMeasure and verify finished product dimensions to ensure accuracy\nAdjust machine settings for various paper sizes, weights, and job requirements\nInspect finished materials for quality standards and report defects\nPerform routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting on cutting equipment\nMaintain clean and organized work area\nFollow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines\nCommunicate effectively with press operators, bindery staff, and supervisors\nAccurately complete required production documentation\nRequirements:\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or GED preferred\nPrevious experience operating industrial cutting equipment preferred (printing industry a plus)\nAbility to read job specifications and use measuring tools accurately\nStrong attention to detail\nBasic mechanical aptitude\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision\nDependable attendance required\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to stand for extended periods\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs\nFrequent bending, lifting, and reaching\nManual dexterity to safely operate machinery\nWork Environment\nManufacturing/production facility\nExposure to loud machinery\nSecond Shift hours from 3:00p.m.-11:00p.m.\nAs a team member at BR Printers, you’ll enjoy:\nComprehensive benefits package including Medical & Dental coverage along with company paid life insurance, voluntary Vision, Life & Disability insurance\n401(k) with Company Match\nPaid time off (PTO)\nPaid Holidays\n\nLocation:\nOn-site 2100 Ellis Tech Drive.
