Working for our team, you can truly make a difference.OverviewWe are seeking a highpotential Operations Finance Manager to support both our Batavia, OH (Founders Blvd.) manufacturing site and our global operations organization. This role is ideal for a finance and accounting professional who thrives in a handson environment, enjoys partnering with operations leaders, and is eager to help shape global processes and performance management. The position will split responsibilities between sitelevel and global operations finance support, working directly with the VP of Operations for IML, plant general managers, functional leaders, and the global finance team. The role also serves as a key bridge between site operations, IML FP&A, and corporate FP&A. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, a solid grounding in manufacturing finance and cost accounting, and a desire to help shape systems, processes, and performance management across the organization.Why work at MCC:Compensation: $100,000Generous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and 401(k)Paid Holidays: New Year's, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, plus two floating HolidaysKey ResponsibilitiesBatavia (Founders Blvd.) Operations Finance Support (~50%)Serve as the primary finance partner for the Batavia (Founders Blvd.) manufacturing siteSupport monthend close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, cost reviews, variance analysis, and inventory accountingPrepare monthly operating decks with clear insights, trends, and actionable recommendationsConduct weekly performance checkins to monitor KPIs, identify risks/opportunities, and support operational decisionmakingAnalyze manufacturing costs, production variances, labor efficiency, waste, freight optimization, and production metricsEnsure robust financial controls across inventory, production reporting, and cost flowsLead the development of the annual site budget and support periodic forecastsProvide support for accounts payable, vendor payments, and invoicing accuracyGlobal Operations Finance Support (~50%)Partner with the VP Operations and global site leaders to support performance management and strategic initiativesSupport global KPI reporting, benchmarking, and operational analytics across all sitesAssist with the consolidation of global results and performance narrativesPartner closely with IML FP&A to support monthly and quarterly forecasts and annual planProvide financial modeling, scenario analysis, and capital expenditure business casesContribute to standardization of financial processes, reporting frameworks, and tools globallySupport global productivity, costoptimization, and operational excellence projectsConsolidate financial data across multiple ERPs, regions, and currenciesLeverage BI and other tools to enhance reporting and analytics and improve or automate processesParticipation in S&OP process to support demand, supply, and production planningConduct manufacturing and logistics cost analysis to support network optimizationAd hoc reporting and other requests as needed for the business, corporate, or shared servicesSystems, Data & ERP ResponsibilitiesParticipate in ERP implementation, including design discussions, testing, validation, and postgolive stabilizationEvaluate currentstate processes and identify gaps or improvement opportunities related to costing, inventory, and manufacturing workflowsHelp ensure accurate cost structures, data integrity, and alignment between operations and finance systemsQualificationsBachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; CPA/CMA or advanced degree a plus3-5 years of experience in operations finance, cost accounting, and/or manufacturing FP&AStrong understanding of manufacturing costing and ERP/manufacturing systemsStrong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insightsDemonstrated ability to partner with operations leaders and influence outcomes without formal authorityContinuous improvement mindsetAbility to manage multiple priorities across sitelevel and global responsibilitiesWhat Success Looks LikeYou build strong relationships with plant and global operations leadersYou bring clarity to performance trends and help drive meaningful operational improvementsYou elevate financial processes, reporting, and systems through thoughtful analysis and collaborationYou are viewed as a trusted partner, translating operational performance into clear financial outcome and strategic insightsYou contribute to a successful ERP transition and help strengthen the foundation for future growthLocation: Batavia, OH (Founders Blvd.)Experience Required: 3-5 yearsDirect Reports: 0Travel: <10%Diversity & Inclusion: MCC fosters an inclusive culture that respects and embraces our teammates' diverse backgrounds and experiences, so that everyone can achieve their full potential here.
