Our community welcomes people of all levels offering classes focused around dance including yoga for stretching, fitness for strength, cardio for endurance, and dance for technique & training.\nThe front desk studio host is responsible for all in-session classes. They are responsible for checking in students and provide superior customer service while assisting clients in class selections and membership questions. The studio host is the face of the studio during class hours.\nRole and Responsibilities:\nThe front desk clerk will be assisting with a variety of duties within the studio. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nMaintain inventory of supplies and products for the studio\nBecome knowledgeable about the facility and services in order to better communicate with students or clients\nGreet each student with a smile and friendly demeanor\nMaintain a flexible schedule to support the needs of the studio and guests\nBe available to work in-studio and outdoor locations\nProvide proper opening and closing housekeeping responsibilities\nMaintain positive attitude\nFollow up with students before and after their class to gain feedback\nAnswering inquiries via phone or in person\nLead check-in process for arriving students\nOffering studio tours to clients\nManaging social media accounts\nCapturing film and photos of classes in session\nSales and upselling for group classes\nRetail purchases via Momence\nAvailability to attend monthly team meetings\nSet up and break down for studio rentals\nMust be available for monthly meetings scheduled for the first Friday of each month\nQualifications and Education Requirements\nHigh School diploma, but college degree preferred.\nCustomer service experience\nPrevious experience handling money\nExcellent communication, customer service skills, and work ethic\nEfficient, well organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously\nExcellent verbal and written skills\nEnergetic, enthusiastic, and motivational\nStrong team player\nAbility to lift 25lbs.\nAvailability to work nights, weekends, and holidays\nAvailability to stand for long periods of time\nSelf-directed and able to work without supervision\nRequired Skills\n1-2 years of relevant work experience\nPerks\nAccess to free group classes\nDiscount on Rae Studios Merchandise\nDiscounted Studio Rental fees\nJob Type: Part-time\nPay: From $19.61 per hour\nBenefits:\nEmployee discount\nFlexible schedule\nApplication Question(s):\nDo you have experience working at another dance or fitness studio?
