Most compliance tools are built for companies that already have budgets and a compliance person. We're built for the 1 to 20 person startups that just landed an enterprise deal and suddenly need a SOC 2 report to close it. Our platform runs the whole readiness process, from intake through gap analysis, evidence collection, and policy generation, and the actual audit is handled by our independent auditor network.The roleWe're hiring our first business development reps to drive outbound and close early customers. You'll be talking to founders and early teams at SaaS startups who know they need SOC 2 but have no idea where to start. The work is outbound heavy: cold email, LinkedIn, startup communities, warm intros. You own the conversation from first touch through close.You'll do well here if you're comfortable selling something technical to non-technical founders, you can run your own pipeline without someone handing you leads, and you actually like being early when nothing is figured out yet.CompensationThis is commission only at 20% of every deal you close. No base right now. That means real upside if you can sell, and full honesty that this is early and unproven. If you want a salaried seat at a funded company, this isn't it. If you want to get in at the start, help build the playbook, and grow with the company, it is.
