In short, we’re a full-stack RevOps implementation partner that installs full cycle turnkey selling systems for our clients.Position Overview: CRM Operations LeadThe CRM Operations Lead is a critical role focused on enhancing and scaling the CRM infrastructure that underpins our outsourced sales delivery. This role is laser-focused on HubSpot configuration, data integrity, and system enablement, ensuring that every sales team operates on a clean, reliable, and scalable CRM foundation.You will play a key role in supporting the CRM lifecycle — from system design and documentation, to deployment for new accounts, to ongoing optimization and maintenance. Working closely with CRM leadership, sales, and data teams, you’ll help strengthen the systems, processes, and standards that drive pipeline management, reporting accuracy, and sales productivity.Beyond technical execution, this role is about identifying opportunities to improve performance, streamline workflows, and elevate the overall effectiveness of our CRM ecosystem. You’ll contribute to building HubSpot into a true engine of operational excellence through improved integrations, stronger documentation, and more consistent system performance.This role is ideal for a CRM operator who thrives in a growth-driven environment and enjoys improving systems that are already in motion.
