Corporate Event Sales Coordinator
Job TypeFull-timeDescriptionWCF Events, a division of Windy City Fieldhouse, is a corporate team building and entertainment company serving the Chicagoland community for over 20 years. WCF Events is looking to add a Sales Coordinator to its sales team who is highly motivated, organized and capable of handling multiple projects at one time. Event industry experience is a plus.The Sales Coordinator will assist our sales team through various administrative tasks including, but not limited to: creating and editing proposals & cost sheets, client services, accounts receivable and CRM navigation.Responsibilities:Create cost sheets and edit proposalsManage client services for assigned accountsOversee the accounts receivable processes for new and outstanding eventsUtilize our CRM to navigate and update client, event and sales informationMaintain detailed client filesAct as a liaison between sales and operations departmentsOther administrative sales support tasks as neededExecute events as needed (approximately 10% of responsibilities) RequirementsBachelor's Degree1 to 3 years of job experience in sales support preferredDemonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and G-Suite preferredMust be willing to work 45 to 50 Hours per weekMust be willing to work some evenings and weekendsMust be located in or willing to relocate to Chicagoland area Desired Characteristics:Experience in successfully communicating at all levels both verbally and in writingProven ability to manage multiple projects at once and be detail-orientedExcellent client relation skillsProficiency in computer applicationsDemonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skillsPrefers to work in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrates a proactive approach and high energy level
