Specifically, the clerical entry of recall/maintenance claims to WPI claim handling standards. Be trained and learn aspects of the Automotive Warranty Industry: Room for growth and advancement!Essential Duties and Responsibilities:• Verify received repair orders against information in the dealership’s DealerManagement Systems (DMS) to prepare for claim submission and completion,ensuring the account is maintained accurately to payment expectations anddoes not lose warranty money owed.• Maintain positive communication and interactions with staff at WPI.• Maintain and update account specifics and handling requirements to ensurebackups for accounts are provided with knowledge of account requests.• Maintain accurate records of claims throughout all steps of the process,updating claim notes daily with accurate detail.
