We combine deep industry knowledge with cutting-edge solutions to help our clients succeed.\n\nPosition Overview: As a Geo-technician, you will work on-site for one of our valued clients, playing a critical role in handling drill core and RC samples. This position requires precision, physical stamina, and a strong commitment to safety while performing tasks that support geological analysis.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nWash, move, photograph, log, and cut drill core.\nCut core using a saw and measure recovery and RQD.\nProperly sample core and maintain accurate records.\nPick up core and RC cuttings from drill rigs.\nFollow all safety protocols and work without risk to self or others.\nUnderstand and apply verbal and written instructions in English.\nComplete and submit notes, reports, timesheets, and other documentation accurately and on time.\nPerform additional duties as assigned by management.\n\nRequirements\nCore cutting and sampling experience preferred.\nAbility to lift and carry up to 50 lbs over uneven terrain.\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nExperience reading maps, using GPS, and driving off-road preferred.\nBackground in geology or related sciences preferred but not required.\nValid driver’s license required.\n\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive pay (DOE) and per diem.\nPPE allowance.\nPaid travel and expenses (if applicable).\n401(k) with employer matching.\nComprehensive benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance.\nOpportunities for professional growth and advancement.\nWork with industry leaders in a thriving, expanding company.\n\nAbout Rangefront Mining Services\n\nRangefront Mining Services is a US-based company with headquarters in Elko, Nevada and regional offices throughout North America.
