Director of Parent Experience, Alpha - $200,000/year USD

Families in Santa Barbara don't chase trends. They create them.Alpha is opening a campus in one of California's most discerning, relationship-centric communities. This is not just another private school vying for attention through facilities. Students finish their core academic work in two intensive hours via AI-driven learning platforms, then dedicate the remainder of the day to developing public speaking ability, critical reasoning, and hands-on execution skills. Outcomes consistently rank students in the top 1% nationwide. The approach is proven. What remains uncertain is whether it can gain traction here. From year zero through year one, this is a ground-up enrollment leadership position.
