Clear and frequent communication to technical and non-technical team members and clients. Managing multiple SharePoint environments. Identifying and remedying security issues. Providing Tier II and III support for incidents and problems and documenting the solutions. Implementing OS Patching for SharePoint and SQL servers versions 2012R, 2019, and SharePoint online. Reviewing alert logs and managing storage requirements. Ensuring database health and performing backup processes. Utilizing Central Admin, sysadmin, and PowerShell for configuration changes. Utilizing third-party applications and native SQL Server management tools.
