Initially, this role will be responsible for project managing the execution of LMS strategy, identifying significant milestones for LMS implementation, and leading the development/testing phases of the LMS with internal and external partners. This role will be responsible for partnering with Organizational Development leadership to successfully launch and integrate the LMS within the organization.\n\nThe role includes providing technical support, configuring new properties, users and course assignments and consulting with stakeholders across the organization. This role will ensure that both external and internal LMS training aligns with the learning strategy, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.\nJob Description\nResponsibilities:\nProject manage the design, testing, and integration of the LMS organization\nwide. Collaborate with Organizational Development & Talent Management\nSenior Director and team to maintain and optimize the LMS.\nOversee the day-to-day operation of the LMS ensuring seamless functionality\nand a user-friendly experience for Enterprisers (employees). Responsibilities\ninclude user account management, course or cohort assignment, transcript\nprocess, audits, reporting, and troubleshooting platform or user issues.\nEstablish and maintain content standards, ensuring consistency in tone,\nstructure, and format across all training materials and end user experience.\nRegularly review and update LMS content to reflect changes and best\npractices.\nCollaborate with internal teams to guide and support the design and\nimplementation of training programs for Enterprisers (employees), including\nonboarding content for new hires and continuous education for existing staff.\nDevelop, build, and analyze reports on LMS usage and key performance\nindicators. Monitor and analyze learner progress, course completion rates, and\nother relevant metrics to measure utilization and success. Provide insights to\nimprove training effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for continuous\nimprovement.\nStay updated on LMS product features in the Workday platform and best\npractices for LMS management. Suggest and implement improvements to the\ntraining system based on internal feedback and emerging trends in eLearning\nand building performance.\nOther duties as assigned supporting in delivering best-in-class LMS\nfunctionality to the organization.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree or certification in education, IT, Talent Development,\nLearning Technology or equivalent.\nMinimum of three years’ experience with cloud based LMS platforms (e.g.,\nWorkday, Cornerstone) and organizational integrations with SCORM, APIs and\nthird-party vendor educational libraries.\nExceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to manage\nmultiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently.\nFlexible and agile team member with strong teamwork, cross collaboration,\nand calibration skills.\nExperience coordinating efforts, meeting deadlines, and ensuring alignment\non deliverables.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
