This position is hands-on and will mainly involve reviewing incoming orders and sewing the products needed, including straps, bridles, and other towing and trucking supply items.\nStarting pay is $15.00 per hour, with the opportunity for higher pay based on experience, work ethic, willingness to travel to conventions, ability to assist in the warehouse, and bilingual skills such as speaking Spanish.\nMain Responsibilities:\nReview incoming customer orders and determine what needs to be sewn or prepared\nSew straps, bridles, and other towing/trucking supply products\nHelp make sure orders are completed accurately and on time\nAssist in the warehouse when needed, including pulling products, packing orders, and helping get shipments out\nMaintain a clean and organized work area\nFollow instructions and quality standards for custom and standard products\nHelp with conventions or events when needed, if willing and available\nPreferred Qualifications:\nSewing experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person\nExperience with straps, webbing, towing supplies, trucking supplies, or warehouse work is a plus\nMust be dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn\nAbility to work with your hands and stay focused on production\nSpanish-speaking ability is a plus\nWillingness to travel to conventions is a plus\nPay:\nStarting pay is $15.00 per hour.
