Culinary Manager in Training: Luxury Hotel Kitchen Lead

About the RoleA Culinary Manager in Training (MIT) shares passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating the ultimate service experience. The Culinary Manager in Training will work closely with the Executive Chef, Banquet Chef, and Sous Chefs in our daily kitchen operations, developing menus, supervising production, and upholding the highest standards of food quality, safety, and guest satisfaction.
