(Must be Java and Oracle certified.)\nThe Software Developer will maintain, modify, and upgrade the LEADeR database to have the ability to track and maintain awareness of specific education and training events. This role will be performed onsite during normal business hours, M-F (40 hours a week). Telework is available; however, you will be required to be on-site for client site visits.\nResponsibilities and duties:\nCoding/modifying software, developing test scripts, and implementing testing protocols (e.g. regression testing, end-user validation, etc.) based on client input.\nManaging data to ensure redundancy, currency, and integrity of participant records.\nFacilitating the upload of pertinent data from AF-level personnel data management systems (e.g., the Military Personnel Data System [MilPDS], the eMentor program, the Defense Manpower Data Center [DMDC])\nImplementing and maintaining network security measures to safeguard the privacy and security of participant records in accordance with Air Force guidelines.\nMaintaining an awareness of Air Force communications, cybersecurity, and other relevant guidelines to ensure database compliance at all times.\nProviding specialized as well as self-service reporting capability to the client and training partners.\nCreating and modifying accounts and data profiles for program staff and participants, metrics reporting, and data query development.\nRecommending changes to LEADeR and tracking/managing client change requests in the interest of process improvement and utilization of the latest technologies.\nProviding inputs for, participating in, and executing guidance from monthly Configuration Control Boards (CCB).\nRequirements:\nMinimum of 5 years of relevant experience\nStrong and exceptional web app development skills (Cloud preferred)\nOracle and Java Certified\nCompTIA Security+ certification\nMust be certified in Microsoft Office 2019 Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, or perform that level of proficiency\nMust be available to start ASAP or within in a month\nMust be efficient or Certified in Microsoft Office\nAbout Vision Technology Inc.\nVTI provides comprehensive healthcare staffing and administrative solutions backed by a diverse team of seasoned medical professionals.
