Working alongside engineers, analysts, and mission stakeholders, you will build scalable applications and services that directly support the protection of U.S. national security interests.\n\nThis position requires a strong foundation in modern software engineering practices, the ability to work in highly collaborative Agile environments, and a commitment to developing resilient, secure, and reliable solutions for complex operational challenges. Successful candidates are passionate about solving difficult technical problems while delivering capabilities that have real-world mission impact.\n\nThis role is based in Hanover, Maryland.\n\nEligible candidates may receive a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000, making this an exceptional opportunity to join a mission-critical team supporting national security initiatives.\n\nResponsibilities:\nAnalyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements\n\nDebug existing software and correct defects using Python and C++\n\nCreate and maintain a scalable, high-availability, mission system using modern system design principles.\nProvide recommendations for improving documentation and software development process standards\n\nAssist with developing and executing test procedures for software components\nDesign, develop and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design\nConfer with system engineers and hardware engineers to derive software requirements and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces\n\nGenerate automation scripts as appropriate to improve workflow and efficiency.\n\nGenerate automate scripts as appropriate to improve workflow and efficiency.\n\nQualifications:\nTS/SCI with Poly required\nMust be a US Citizen.\nBachelor's Degree with Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline.\nFour (4) years of RF Software or equivalent experience on projects with similar software processes may be\nsubstituted for a bachelor's degree.\nFour years of experience as a DSP Algorithm developer on projects with similar software processes.\nFour years of experience with C++, Linux, Python, or similar development language.\n Active IAT II CWIP / DoD 8570 compliant cert (i.e., Security+) preferred\n\nThis role is eligible for a $10,000 External Referral Reward subject to terms and conditions.
