It is designed to support vulnerable individuals inthe service area by reducing the negative consequences of substance usethrough trauma-informed, person-centered, and culturally responsiveoutreach.;Strategic Prevention Framework Partnerships for Success(SPF-PFS): The SPF program focuses on preventing and reducing substanceuse among pregnant individuals, emerging adults, and families involvedin child-welfare by strengthening community capacity, promotingevidence-based prevention strategies, and addressing risk factorsrelated to substance misuse.
