This role sits at the intersection of social commerce, creator partnerships, and content, driving both revenue and brand visibility through high-performing, platform-native execution. You'll manage day-to-day operations, scale creator partnerships, and collaborate closely with content and marketing teams to turn engagement into conversion.Key ResponsibilitiesTikTok Shop ManagementOwn TikTok Shop operations end-to-endMaintain accurate product listings, inventory, and availabilityMonitor product performance and optimize for conversionExecute product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns within TikTok ShopTikTok LivesPlan, schedule, and execute TikTok Live sessionsCoordinate product selection, messaging, and promotional offers for each liveSupport or host lives as needed to ensure a seamless customer experienceTrack live performance and continuously optimize for engagement and salesCreator & Affiliate Management (TikTok Shop)Recruit, onboard, and manage TikTok Shop creators and affiliatesBuild and scale relationships with high-performing creatorsTrack creator performance and ensure deliverables are metManage affiliate commissions, payouts, and incentive structuresInfluencer Coordination (Outside TikTok Shop)Support influencer partnerships across TikTok, Instagram, and other platformsAssist with outreach, gifting, campaign coordination, and follow-upsContent CollaborationPartner with content and social teams to support product and store contentContribute to ideation and execution of TikTok-first contentIdentify trends, formats, and creator styles that drive performanceHelp produce on-brand, conversion-focused contentRequirementsMinimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing TikTok ShopProven experience setting up and maintaining TikTok Shop (product listings, integrations, inventory)Experience planning, hosting, or supporting TikTok Live sessions with a focus on driving salesFamiliarity with TikTok Shop affiliate programs, creator partnerships, and commission structuresStrong understanding of TikTok trends, content formats, and platform behaviorAbility to manage multiple projects, timelines, and creator relationshipsAnalytical mindset with a focus on performance tracking and optimizationStrong communication and organizational skillsExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, social, creative)
