Our success is rooted in our core values: Customer Obsession, Innovation, Accountability, and Results Oriented.As a Shipping Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for monitoring outbound shipments, identifying and resolving delivery issues, and ensuring orders are delivered accurately and on time. This role plays a critical part in maintaining a high-quality customer experience by proactively managing carrier performance across parcel, freight, and international shipments.This position is ideal for someone with hands-on logistics experience who takes ownership of problems, works with urgency, and can effectively troubleshoot issues in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.
