Attends project meetings, staff meetings; makes recommendations. Organizes and manages parts stock, tools and overall inventory. Oversees control cards or key fobs. Coordinates low voltage electrical work of contractors related to repair, renovation and maintenance activities of systems, including, intrusion detection systems and equipment, video surveillance systems and equipment and access control systems and equipment. Develops budgets for project work and provides project coordination ensuring budgets are met.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS:Minimum Education, Training & Experience:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nNY State licensure for security or fire alarm installer (Security or fire alarm installer Department of State (ny.gov)\nKnowledge of security systems which would include service and maintenance across a broad spectrum of access control as well as intrusion and video surveillance systems.\nWorking knowledge of low voltage systems\nWorking knowledge of network principles\nKnowledge of applicable local, state and federal regulations\n\nPreferred Education, Training & Experience:\nVocational/technical school training\nTwo years of related experience\n\nESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES:\nValid New York State Driver’s License that meets agency standards\nWillingness and ability to travel between agency sites in Cattaraugus and Niagara Counties\nAbility and willingness to respond to after-hours security emergencies\nExtensive knowledge of surveillance, security, and fire alarm systems and installation.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to read installation and system manuals.\nAbility to read blueprints and building plans.\nExtensive knowledge of electrical and fire codes.\nAbility to use hand and power tools to install hardware.\n\nSALARY:\n$33.65 - $38.46 per hour based on experience\n\nFull Job Description Available Upon Request\n\nBenefits – Intandem Contact us for more Information\n\nAn equal opportunity employer.
