We work at the intersection of mechanical engineering, heat transfer, fluid systems, manufacturing, and product development to solve challenging engineering problems for tomorrow's computing platforms.\nWe're a small, fast-moving team where engineers take ownership across design, prototyping, testing, and product development.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and test fixtures for advanced thermal and fluid systems.\nCreate detailed CAD models, drawings, and documentation for prototype and production hardware.\nWork closely with electrical, thermal, and systems engineers to integrate mechanical designs into complete products.\nBuild, assemble, and troubleshoot laboratory prototypes and experimental test platforms.\nSupport mechanical validation, reliability testing, and root cause analysis.\nCollaborate with manufacturing partners to optimize designs for machining, additive manufacturing, sheet metal, and production assembly.\nSpecify mechanical components including fittings, tubing, pumps, valves, sensors, fasteners, and structural hardware.\nPerform engineering calculations, tolerance analysis, and design reviews.\nDrive continuous improvements in performance, manufacturability, cost, and reliability.\nParticipate in supplier selection, prototype sourcing, and engineering documentation.\nQualifications\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.\n2+ years of industry experience (new graduates with exceptional project experience are encouraged to apply).\nStrong CAD experience using SolidWorks or equivalent 3D CAD software.\nExperience designing mechanical assemblies and creating manufacturing drawings.\nHands-on experience building, testing, and debugging hardware prototypes.\nFamiliarity with machining, additive manufacturing, and common fabrication processes.\nStrong understanding of GD&T, tolerance stack-up, and Design for Manufacturing (DFM).\nExcellent problem solving and communication skills.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.\nNice to Have\nExperience with thermal management, fluid systems, cooling technologies, HVAC, or heat exchangers.\nKnowledge of pumps, valves, tubing, pressure systems, or instrumentation.\nExperience with CFD or FEA tools such as ANSYS, COMSOL, or SolidWorks Simulation.\nFamiliarity with laboratory testing, DAQ systems, sensors, and instrumentation.\nExperience bringing hardware from prototype through manufacturing.\nExperience working with external suppliers, CM partners, or manufacturing vendors.\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe're looking for engineers who enjoy building real hardware, moving quickly from concept to prototype, and solving multidisciplinary engineering challenges.
