Travel is mandatory for this position.\n\nESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:\n\nSets up new modernization jobs and change orders, and submits for processing\nSets up job submittal books for submittal to building owner and consultant\nMaintains job file to include data pertaining to the job; maintains computer database, recording all activity that applies to the job, including current job status and all correspondence and future actions required; closes job file after final acceptance\nIssues purchase orders and files into job books\nFollows up with customers on job schedules, and scope of work issues pertinent to modernization projects to ensure consistent workflow on projects\nCoordinates issuance of letters of intent, city permits and plan checks, and DSA and OSHPD approvals; Reviews and prioritizes OSHPD jobs.
