*On-Site Superintendent* to run water and wastewater treatment facility projects!\n\n- *Location:* Projects located 1–2 hours from Okeechobee, FL.\n\n- *Travel:* Must be willing to travel and stay overnight during the workweek as required by project schedules.\n\n*WHAT YOU’LL DO:*\n\n* *Lead Site Operations:* Supervise daily field work, crews, and subcontractors on water/wastewater plant projects.\n* *Direct Process Work:* Oversee yard piping, concrete structures, pump stations, and mechanical equipment installations.\n* *Keep Projects Moving:* Drive jobsite safety (OSHA), ensure quality control, and keep projects on schedule and within budget.\n\n*WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:*\n\n* Proven experience supervising heavy civil, municipal, or water/wastewater plant construction.\n* Ability to read civil, mechanical, structural, and process blueprints.\n* Valid Driver’s License with a clean record (OSHA 30 preferred).\n* Full willingness to travel and stay overnight during the
