The selected candidate will provide expert systems engineering support, contribute to digital engineering initiatives, and support mission-critical programs involving complex technical, operational, and programmatic environments.\n\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nProvide expert systems engineering advice and support to section leadership.\nModel system requirements, functions, components, interfaces, and test cases.\nParticipate in systems engineering working groups.\nProvide support to programmatic and technical briefings, reports, and other related documentation.\nRegularly engage with Government and Digital Engineering team members.\nIntegrate and execute the digital strategy baseline and provide digital ecosystem recommendations and solutions to a wide customer base.\nProvide systems engineering support within a fast-paced environment while adapting to changing priorities.\nEstablish and maintain foundational data and contract data management disciplines.\nSupport requirements management, systems modeling, digital engineering, and related systems engineering activities.\nOperate effectively across a variety of changing technical, operational, and programmatic network classifications and environments.\nPlan and prioritize work independently while maintaining strong attention to detail.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\n\nSecurity Clearance: Secret\n\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Software, Mathematics, or a related technical field.\n8 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 6 years of relevant work experience with a Master's degree.\nExperience providing systems engineering support in complex technical environments.\nDetail-oriented leader with the ability to establish and maintain foundational data and contract data management disciplines.\nExperience drafting, routing, and interpreting Contracting Authority correspondence.\nFamiliarity with requirements management, or willingness to learn DOORS.\nFamiliarity with systems modeling, or willingness to learn Cameo/MagicDraw.\nExperience operating under a variety of changing technical, operational, and programmatic network classifications and environments.\nFamiliarity with SysML and UPDM, or willingness to learn SysML and UPDM.\nDemonstrated self-discipline and ability to plan and prioritize work independently.\nStrong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.\n\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\n\nMaster's degree in Computer Science, Software, Mathematics, or a related technical field.\nDepartment of War-related experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).\nExcellent cognitive, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.\nManagerial experience operating in a high-tempo environment.\nExperience with Department of War acquisition programs.\nKnowledge and understanding of Digital Ecosystems and/or Digital Engineering, including development and knowledge-based application.\nExperience or familiarity implementing architectural frameworks using SysML.\nExperience with requirements management and systems modeling tools such as DOORS and Cameo/MagicDraw.\n\nLOCATION: Hill Air Force Base, Utah (Onsite)\n\nTravel: Less than 10%\n\nCOMPANY OVERVIEW\n\nWho we are – CSEngineering, a Service-Disabled Veteran-owned small business established in 2002, is dedicated to becoming the premier engineering and services firm in our industry, all while prioritizing client satisfaction above all else.\n\nWhat we do – With a rich history of excellence, we boast significant expertise in a wide array of areas, including satellite systems, weapons and missile systems, naval architecture, aviation systems, IT and Enterprise Architecture, and more.
