This highly visible, people-centered role is responsible for shaping how employees, leaders, and visitors experience Pattern every day — from the moment they walk through the door. As the first point of contact and a constant in-office presence, the Office Manager sets the tone for hospitality, communication, and care, ensuring the office operates with warmth, intention, and operational excellence.\r\nSuccess in this role requires exceptional emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and a proactive service mindset. This role balances high-touch engagement with strong execution — making it both the cultural anchor and operational backbone of the Chicago office.\r\nThis is a full-time, onsite position, Monday through Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm.\r\nKey Accountabilities\r\nVendor management - Manage relationships with external parties who support the Chicago workplace, including but not limited to food, wellness, supplies, etc. Onboard any new WOE CHI vendors and serve as Workplace Ops vendor point person. This range is an estimate and base pay may be above or below the ranges based on several factors including but not limited to location, work experience, certifications, and education. In addition to base pay, Pattern's compensation program includes a bonus structure for full-time employees of all levels.
