This role is critical to driving pipeline growth by ensuring seamless delivery of field marketing initiatives, including events, campaigns, and sales enablement activities.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and enjoys collaborating cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and external partners.Key Responsibilities:Event & Program ExecutionSupport the execution of field marketing programs including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and hosted eventsCoordinate logistics such as venue selection, vendor management, shipping, booth setup, and on-site executionManage event timelines, checklists, and deliverables to ensure flawless executionCampaign CoordinationAssist in the development and deployment of integrated regional marketing campaignsCoordinate with digital, content, and demand generation teams to align messaging and assetsSupport email campaigns, landing pages, and promotional activities tied to field initiativesSales Alignment & SupportPartner with regional sales teams to align marketing programs with pipeline goalsHelp manage lead flow, follow-up processes, and post-event engagement strategiesProvide support for account-based marketing (ABM) initiativesOperational & Administrative SupportTrack and manage event budgets, purchase orders, and invoicesMaintain marketing calendars and program documentationAnalyze and report on program performance, including attendance, engagement, and ROIRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, or program coordinationStrong organizational and project management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detailPreferred:Experience supporting B2B or technology marketing programsFamiliarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot)Experience with event platforms and tools (e.g., Cvent, Splash)Office Location:Remote #J-18808-Ljbffr
