Real Estate Inside Sales Agent Growth

Overview We are a real estate investment company that sells off-market properties to investors across the U.S. We are looking for a FAST, aggressive salesperson to help move deals quickly. This is NOT an admin or data entry role. This is a SALES role. This is NOT a fit if you: • Are slow to respond • Prefer passive or admin-type work • Don't like following up or being persistent This IS a fit if you: • Like moving fast • Enjoy sales and closing • Are competitive and want to win When applying, answer this question: If a buyer does not respond after your first message, what exactly do you do? Bonus: Any experience with real estate investing (cash deals, wholesale, novation) is a plus. This position is remote in the Philippines. Responsibilities Posting deals in Facebook groups (high volume) Responding to buyers immediately (speed matters) Moving conversations off Facebook to phone/text Following up daily with interested buyers Helping get deals sold as quickly as possible Qualifications Sales, cold calling, or real estate experience preferred Must be highly responsive (reply within minutes, not hours) Comfortable being persistent and following up multiple times Strong written communication (clear, direct, confident) Must be able to work fast and handle multiple conversations at once Compensation $5 - $8 hourly #J-18808-Ljbffr
