Title: Insights AnalystIndustry: GamingLocation: Santa Monica, CaliforniaDuration: 12 monthsResponsibilities: Maintain and support recurring reporting for global and regional publishing performanceConduct data audits and build data tables and pipelines that support marketing and acquisition analyticsAnalyze performance trends across product marketing, user acquisition campaigns, paid media, and related initiativesDevelop Tableau dashboards and other self-service tools to surface core metrics and answer business questionsIdentify opportunities to improve and streamline recurring data processes for long-term sustainabilityExecute ad hoc data pulls and analyses to support stakeholder requestsCollaborate cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, and product teams to support data-driven decision-makingDocument data processes, metrics definitions, and reporting workflows to improve transparency and scalabilityRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Economics, or a related quantitative field3+ years of professional experience analyzing large datasets, building data visualizations, and developing data pipelinesAdvanced proficiency in SQL and/or PythonAdvanced proficiency in Tableau or similar data visualization toolsPreferred Qualifications:Experience in game development, digital entertainment, or publishing environmentsExperience in mobile marketing domains (performance marketing, product marketing, CRM, etc.)Experience working with third-party data sources and tools (e.g., user acquisition platforms, mobile measurement partners, social platforms, app stores)Proficiency with Databricks and Airflow
