If you enjoy solving complex manufacturing challenges, optimizing injection molding processes, and working with cross-functional teams to improve quality and efficiency, we'd love to meet you.\nIn this role, you'll lead process development for new and existing products using scientific molding principles while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across our manufacturing operations. You'll work alongside engineering, production, quality, tooling, and customers to develop robust, repeatable molding processes that deliver exceptional results.\nWhat You'll Do:\nDevelop and validate injection molding processes using scientific molding techniques.\nEstablish and document robust molding parameters for new product launches.\nPerform process audits to ensure compliance, consistency, and efficiency.\nAnalyze production performance and troubleshoot process issues to improve quality and output.\nSupport new tooling launches, process validations, and production transfers.\nLead troubleshooting efforts for molding and auxiliary equipment.\nCoach and mentor Process Technicians on best practices and scientific molding principles.\nPartner with Quality, Production, Tooling, and Engineering teams to improve manufacturing performance.\nUtilize Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement and increase Overall\nEquipment Effectiveness (OEE).\nSupport manufacturing operations across multiple production areas, including cleanroom environments.\n\nOn-Site: This role is required to be on-site 5 days at the Denver, CO location.\nQualifications\n\n5+ years of experience in injection molding or plastics manufacturing.\nStrong understanding of scientific molding and decoupled molding principles.\nExperience with process development, validation, and troubleshooting.\nFamiliarity with ISO manufacturing environments.\nExperience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.\nBasic understanding of manufacturing automation.\nExcellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple departments.\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nRJG Master Molder I and/or II certification.\nSix Sigma or Lean Manufacturing training.\nLeadership or mentoring experience within a manufacturing environment.\nCompensation\nIn compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the expected pay range for this position is $100,000 - $107,000.\nCompensation can vary depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, competencies, and geographic location. Some roles may qualify for extra incentives like equity, commissions, or other variable performance-related bonuses.
