YesJob Description:Tech Lead (Full Stack Java)Role Requirement:Tech Lead responsible for driving end to end technical design, leading development activities, and mentoring team members. The role involves close collaboration with cross functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high performance enterprise solutions.Required Skill Set:Strong hands on expertise in Java and Spring Boot, with deep experience in microservices architectureSolid understanding of API design, GraphQL, integration patterns, and scalable system architectureFull stack capabilities with experience in Angular and/or React for frontend developmentExperience with cloud native deployments on AWS, including CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practicesStrong focus on performance optimization, security, and reliability in enterprise applicationsExperience:8–10+ years of overall experience in application development, with proven exposure to technical leadership responsibilities such as solution design ownership, code reviews, and technical decision makingPrior experience working across domains such as banking, finance is highly desirableAdditional Responsibilities & Competencies:Lead agile delivery teams and ensure adherence to best engineering practicesGuide and mentor developers, ensuring code quality and architectural consistencyEnable successful delivery of enterprise grade solutions through effective stakeholder engagement and engineering leadershipEnsure high-quality code through JUnit test cases and best engineering practices.Please provide the TOP skills, and the years of experience that you'll consider:Hands on experience in Java and Spring Boot, with exposure to microservices architecture – Min exp 8 yearsFamiliarity with GraphQL – min of 2 to 3 years.
