The role will focus on bringing structure, organization, visibility, and consistent follow-through to a fast-moving strategy project involving senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.Engagement DetailsApproximately 20 hours per week for 10-12 weeksImmediate startSome flexibility to increase hours during heavier periodsPotential for extension into a later implementation phaseKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain the overall project plan, timeline, milestones, dependencies, and deliverablesCoordinate stakeholder interviews, meetings, working sessions, and workshopsPrepare agendas, capture key decisions, and track action items and follow-upsMaintain project documentation, status updates, decision logs, and supporting materialsTrack deliverables, stakeholder feedback, risks, dependencies, and potential delaysCoordinate communication among the lead strategy consultant, executive sponsors, and cross-functional stakeholdersEstablish clear project management routines, reporting processes, and accountabilitySupport the organization and refinement of project materials as neededProactively identify gaps, follow up on outstanding items, and keep the engagement moving forwardIdeal ExperienceStrong project management experience supporting consulting, strategy, transformation, organizational change, digital, data, or other cross-functional engagementsExperience working with senior consultants, executives, and multiple stakeholder groupsDemonstrated ability to work independently and create structure in an environment with some ambiguityStrong organizational, facilitation, written communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and dependenciesExperience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Asana,Familiarity with AI, digital transformation, or emerging technology initiatives is helpful, but not requiredImmediate availability for approximately 20 hours per weekEngagement StructureThis is a short-term independent contractor engagement with Future-Able.
