Whether you’re interested in early learning, elementary, middle or high school, you can invest in your community by working at a local school or working within our home office providing support!\n\nJob Summary\nThe Program Supervisor I (PS I) is the on-site lead of a Think Together specialized program (e.g., High Dosage Tutoring, Accelerators, Yard Duty Supervisors, etc.) operated on a partner school campus. The PS I is responsible for overseeing day-to-day program operations at a single site, ensuring safety, quality, and alignment with organizational and school district guidelines. This role supports a positive student experience and fosters effective communication with school staff, parents, and internal team members. The PS I directly supervises site-level program staff, manages student attendance and data, and serves as the primary liaison between Think Together and the school community. This position requires hands‑on coordination of daily logistics and a strong focus on student engagement, program quality, and staff support. Program schedules may include after‑school hours and non‑instructional days (e.g., summer, spring, and winter breaks).\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\n\nSupervises successful day‑to‑day site operations. Ensures that all interactions with internal and external stakeholders operate consistently and ethically within the mission and values of Think Together and align with the four core agreements.\n\nBe responsible.\n\nBe respectful.\n\nBe safe and have fun.\n\nDirectly oversee and support site-level staff. Provide coaching, reinforce training, and ensure consistent implementation of routines, strategies, and behavior expectations.\n\nEnsure student safety and positive experience. Maintain a safe and supportive environment for all students and staff. Respond to incidents promptly and follow safety protocols. Promote engagement and positive behavior throughout program activities.\n\nStaff hiring and performance. Participate in interviewing, onboarding, coaching, and performance management of site staff. Make recommendations regarding training, discipline, and termination in accordance with HR policies.\n\nData and compliance. Accurately track student attendance and enrollment. Maintain complete and timely program records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with Think Together and district policies.\n\nSchool and family communication. Serve as the primary on‑site contact for school personnel, parents, and other stakeholders. Maintain regular communication with the school principal and faculty to align goals and address student needs.\n\nProgram quality and metrics. Monitor student participation, behavior, and learning outcomes. Use data to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Meet required program metrics and deliverables.\n\nAdministrative duties. Ensure timely submission of staff timecards and accurate timekeeping.\n\nAttend required virtual or in-person meetings, trainings, and professional development sessions.\n\nAdditional duties: step into direct service roles when needed to support program continuity. Fulfill other related duties as assigned.\n\nQualifications and Requirements\n\nBachelor’s degree (BA) highly preferred.\n\nCombination of education and experience related to position, with increasing responsibility, which may include, however, not limited to.\n\n1–2 years of experience working in education/youth programs.\n\nAt least 1+ year in a supervisory position is required and 2+ years highly preferred.\n\nPrevious classroom experience required.
