For more information, visit us at www.celerant.com.\nOverview:\nThe Updates Deployment Analyst will be responsible for reviewing, scheduling and performing client software updates in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will be organized and be able to maintain a productive schedule while also being detail-orientated to perform software updates accurately and reliably. The candidate should also be able to communicate clearly to clients and other internal staff members through means of emails, forms, and phone calls, escalating to the department manager as necessary.\nKey Responsibilities:\nReview and schedule client software updates in a timely manner\nFollow established processes for documentation and tracking of updates\nProvide satisfactory communication with clients to guide them through the updates process\nEscalate issues to the technical support team, development team, project manager and department manager as necessary\nResponsible for other duties as assigned by manager to meet business needs\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or 5+ years of equivalent experience\nSQL programming and relational database knowledge\nAbility to start work at around 7am ET and occasionally earlier as required\nAbility to occasionally work late nights and weekends as required\nStrong attention to detail and quality of work\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with Microsoft SQL Server, Windows Server, Apache Tomcat, and Java is preferred\nExperience with retail software or providing technical support in small/medium business applications\nBottom of Form\nCompensation: Competitive Salary with major growth potential, medical benefits, 401K, flexible spending account, 15 PTO days annually, optional dental/optical coverage.
