He/she manages the Drug Storage inventory of bulk and in-process materials, utilizing SAP to perform inventory related transactions, including production issuance and material transfer activities.\r\nEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSet up inventory records for drug products, packaging components, and materials upon reconciliation.\r\nMaintain inventory records of Bulk, In-process, and Finished Goods.\r\nReview accountability of drug products, components, and materials used for inventory record.\r\nAssure In-process labels, reject, and pallet load tags are completed correctly.\r\nAssure inventory labels are accurate with inventory records and complete.\r\nPrepare Materials Request Form from Working Packaging Instructions.\r\nPull and assembles materials required for Job Order and delivers to staging or packaging area.\r\nEnter data for Inventory Reports for Finance Department within specified time.\r\nMaintain Drug Storage and Staging areas in state of compliance with SOPs and cGMPs.\r\nNotify Materials Manager of any non-compliance issues.\r\nNotify Maintenance Supervisor of any repairs required.\r\nPrepare and maintains drug products, component, and material inventories for product life cycle within Company.\r\nAdhere to set safety standards.\r\nParticipate actively in regular meetings.\r\nAchieve expected performance measures.\r\nOther duties as assigned.\r\nWhat We Offer:\r\nA team that values grit, growth, and good energy.\r\nCompetitive salary and benefits.\r\nOpportunities for continuous learning and advancement.\r\nWe believe it is a privilege to work in the life science industry.
