Position ResponsibilitiesProvide on-site and remote support for business-critical applications and hardware, resolve complex computing and networking issues, identify and address recurring problems, escalate as needed, and support Martin Brower IT policies while interacting with various IT support team as the IT Support AnalystDemonstrate consistent ownership of issue resolution from start to finish, make critical business decisions affecting user and operational capabilities, attend high-priority support calls, and stay current with evolving applications and hardware while contributing to purchasing and implementation decisionsAssist in resolving issues with business applications, including ERP and Warehouse Management Systems, by leveraging personal knowledge and collaborating with application teams, while also monitoring and troubleshooting personal computing devices, network equipment, material handling equipment (MHE) technology, handheld devices (Vocollect Headsets, XRS tablets, PDA devices (FUTURE), etc.), printers (laser, thermal, line, copiers, etc.), and UPS unitsLead and support laptop deployment and technology packs, manage asset inventory, and maintain device procurement processesInstall and maintain CAT6 cables, wireless access points, UPS units, and other devices, including work at heights up to 35 feetIndependently run small projects, manage resources and budgets, and develop strong relationships with business and technical partnersDocument and escalate issues, create training materials, participate in off-hour support, and stay current with IT trends and regulationsWilling to travel to distribution centers up to 75%Other duties as assignedRequired Education and ExperienceAssociate's Degree and 3 to 4 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 5 plus years of specific experienceMaintain MDFs and IDFs health and cleanlinessPreferred Education and ExperienceBachelor's Degree in computer engineering, information technology, or any computer-related fieldProject management experience and/or certification4 plus years of previous work-related experience working in a technical support environment, specifically supporting business applications and devicesBenefitsAt the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
