This is not a traditional PM role; candidates must demonstrate strong technical depth in modern AI architectures and real-world implementation experience.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nLead end-to-end delivery of 10+ AI/GenAI workstreams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology strategy.\n\nDrive execution of AI-native applications, including RAG, Agentic AI, Context Engineering, Prompt Engineering, and LLM-based solutions.\n\nEstablish program governance, manage dependencies, risks, roadmaps, and executive reporting.\n\nPartner with Architecture, Engineering, Product, Data Science, and Business teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.\n\nDefine and govern AI quality frameworks, including evaluation harnesses, benchmark testing, gold datasets, hallucination reduction, and continuous validation.\n\nDrive adoption of LLMOps/MLOps, observability, performance monitoring, cost optimization, and responsible AI practices.\n\nMeasure and communicate business outcomes including adoption, productivity gains, model performance, and ROI.\n\nMust have Skills (Mandatory):\n\n8-12+ years in technical program management, with recent experience leading AI/GenAI programs at scale.\n\nProven hands-on experience delivering solutions using:\n\nGenerative AI & Large Language Models (LLMs)\n\nRAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)\n\nAgentic AI / AI Agents\n\nContext Engineering & Prompt Engineering\n\nVector Databases and Semantic Search\n\nLLMOps / MLOps\n\nAI Evaluation & Benchmarking Frameworks\n\nStrong understanding of Azure AI/OpenAI ecosystem, cloud-native architectures, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.\n\nDemonstrated ability to challenge architecture decisions, review technical designs, and drive engineering teams toward production-grade AI implementations.\n\nExcellent executive stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.\n\nPreferred:\n\nTelecom industry experience, ideally in customer care, operations, network, or digital transformation programs.\n\nPMP, SAFe, Agile, or cloud certifications.\n\nNote:\n\nWe are specifically looking for candidates who have successfully delivered enterprise-scale GenAI solutions in production, not merely managed AI projects from a reporting or coordination standpoint.\n\nThe pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $39.30/hour - $61.40/hour.
