Wyo-Ben Pet’s new facility uses state-of-the-art equipment and offers a clean and safe work environment for employees which enables a critical focus on high quality finished products.Full-Time | Starting Wage: $21.53/hrWyo-Ben is seeking a Packaging Operator to help package and prepare products for shipment while supporting our commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on, production role with on-the-job training provided.Job Duties:Fill bags to designated weights using manual or automated equipmentStack and palletize filled bags in an orderly configurationShrink-wrap finished pallets for shipmentOperate forklifts to move products and materialsCross-train on multiple machines and work stationsFollow safety rules, standard operating procedures, and quality specificationsMaintain accurate production counts and material usageKeep work areas clean, safe, and clutter-freeCommunicate effectively with supervisors and coworkersSupport Wyo-Ben’s Quality Management System and Continuous Improvement effortsPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:Ability to read, write, and perform basic mathNo prior experience required – training providedForklift experience preferred or willingness to learnBasic problem-solving and multitasking skillsStrong attention to detail and qualityReliable, deadline‑oriented, and able to work with minimal supervisionPositive attitude and respectful teamwork skillsPhysical & Work Requirements:Stand, walk, bend, and climb for 8–10 hours per shift, including catwalksRegularly lift up to 50 lbs; occasional team lifts up to 100 lbsWork around moving machinery and mobile equipmentExposure to dust, fragrance noise, and temperature variationsAbility to work flexible schedules and various shiftsCompliance with all safety and PPE requirementsReasonable accommodations are made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions, unless doing so would cause an undue hardship.Apply to be a part of this exciting opportunity with a full-time career at Wyo-Ben.
