The Electrical Construction Manager will be responsible for driving safe execution, schedule performance, quality, coordination, and successful system turnover.\n\nKey responsibilities may include:\n\nManage electrical construction scopes from mobilization through turnover.\nCoordinate contractors, superintendents, engineering teams, procurement, and commissioning.\nMonitor schedule, productivity, cost, safety, and quality performance.\nReview construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and work packages.\nLead coordination of electrical installation with mechanical, structural, controls, and architectural scopes.\nResolve field conflicts and escalate technical issues when required.\nManage progress reporting and construction planning.\nSupport change management and scope clarification.\nVerify construction readiness and material availability.\nParticipate in inspections, testing, energization planning, commissioning, and turnover.\nMaintain alignment between project execution and client requirements.\nQualifications\nRequired Technical Skills\nConstruction management experience with significant electrical scope responsibility.\nStrong knowledge of commercial or industrial electrical construction.\nAbility to interpret electrical drawings, one-lines, specifications, and construction schedules.\nExperience managing electrical subcontractors or self-perform construction teams.\nUnderstanding of cost, schedule, productivity, quality, and safety management.\nStrong field coordination and issue-resolution skills.\nFamiliarity with commissioning, energization, and turnover processes.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nPreferred Experience / Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, or related discipline.\nJourneyman or Master Electrician experience combined with construction management leadership.\nSemiconductor, data center, battery, automotive, cleanroom, or advanced manufacturing experience.\nExperience with large EPC or owner-led capital programs.\nOSHA 30 or comparable safety training.\nExperience with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or comparable project systems.\nAPS Consulting Footer\n\nAugment Professional Services (APS) delivers specialized talent, consulting expertise, and project support to organizations operating in complex technical environments.
