See where your commitment could take you.Who are we looking for?We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Project Delivery Enablement team, playing a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance how projects are executed across the business.You will work across business and technology teams to drive progress, clarify requirements and ensure changes are delivered effectively. You will also play a key role in keeping initiatives moving—connecting stakeholders, managing priorities, and turning ideas into tangible outcomes.What You Will DoYou will operate at the intersection of strategy, technology and delivery, with accountability across several key areas:Coordinate and manage improvement initiatives through established change processesFacilitate discussions and run working sessions with key stakeholders across the businessManage schedules, dependencies, and risks across multiple initiativesSupport the capture and refinement of business requirementsAnalyse change impacts and contribute to practical improvement strategiesTrack progress and report on outcomes and effectivenessMaintain and update delivery system artefacts (e.g. intranet and process documentation)Work closely with Information Services to enable delivery of technology and process changesWhat You Will BringDemonstrated experience in project management rolesStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing prioritiesClear and confident communication skills—comfortable engaging a range of stakeholdersA pragmatic, solutions-focused approach to problem solvingProficiency in Microsoft tools and SharePointExperience supporting system or technology-driven changeExposure to process improvement, business process management, or similar frameworksIf you’re looking to apply your project management skills in a role that combines coordination, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement, we’d love to hear from you.Interested?
