The PM will also lead program reviews, manage risks, ensure compliance with DoD standards and directives.\n\n*This position is contingent upon contract award*\nJob Duties and Responsibilities: :\nManage all aspects of the program lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, while ensuring alignment with Government objectives.\nCoordinate operational sustainment and modernization efforts for C2SET systems, including software, models, algorithms, and interfaces.\nProvide guidance to technical teams, ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies and DevSecOps practices for software development and sustainment.\nOversee program budgets, cost control, and resource allocation to ensure financial efficiency and compliance.\nEnsure adherence to DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes, cybersecurity directives, and other applicable regulations.\nAct as the primary interface between the Government PM, technical teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate program risks, providing resolution plans and tracking progress to ensure timely completion.\nPrepare and deliver program status reports, metrics, and deliverables as prescribed in the Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL).\nCoordinate user training, fielding, and operational support activities, including occasional CONUS and OCONUS travel.\nLead discussions with customers to address program requirements, priorities, and feedback, ensuring high-quality service delivery.\nOther duties as assigned.\nJob Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience)::\nMust have an active Secret clearance.\nAt least 10 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 5 years as a product or program manager of software development teams.\nProven experience in C5ISR Modeling & Simulation (M&S) and software development.\nFamiliarity with Joint operational training commitments and software sustainment.\nEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field.\nCertifications:\nSecurity+ CE or Linux+ credentials (preferred but not mandatory).\nSkills:\nStrong leadership and organizational skills to manage complex programs involving multiple stakeholders.\nProficiency in managing operational, technical, and financial aspects of a program.\nExpertise in Agile methodologies and tools, including sprint planning and backlog management.\nExcellent communication and coordination skills to interface with Government PMs, technical teams, and other stakeholders.\nFamiliarity with DoD RMF processes, cybersecurity requirements, and DevSecOps practices.\nAbility to manage international travel and support operational training exercises.\nOccasional travel within the continental United States (CONUS) and outside the continental United States (OCONUS) is required\nDiné Development Corporation (DDC) is a Navajo Nation owned family of companies that delivers IT, professional, and environmental solutions to advance the missions of federal, state, and tribal government agencies.
