IAC International Automotive India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor for our Arlington, TX injection molding line.
You will lead the floor, ensure production targets, mentor staff, and maintain a safe, compliant workplace. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in engineering or 5+ years in automotive manufacturing, strong problem solving, and leadership. Ability to lift 50 lbs and pass background checks are required.
