You'll be embedded within the End User Computing team, acting as the dedicated liaison between EUC and the AI function.What you'll be doing:Packaging, testing, and deploying AI tools and productivity platforms across Mac and Windows endpointsActing as Tier 3 escalation for AI application issues at the device levelBuilding automated provisioning and deprovisioning workflows for AI clientsMonitoring endpoint performance impact of AI applications and reporting on deployment healthLiaising with cyber security teams to assess risk on new AI connectors and integrationsMaintaining SOE standards and ensuring compatibility with AI platform requirementsBeing the go-to SME on enterprise AI tools - Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, GitHub Copilot and othersWhat we're looking for:4-8 years in End User Computing, Desktop Engineering, or endpoint managementStrong packaging experience across Windows and macOS - Intune, SCCM, Jamf Pro, AutopilotScripting ability in PowerShell, Bash or PythonGenuine familiarity with the enterprise AI tooling landscapeHands-on doer - this is an execution role, not an architecture roleCyber awareness a plus - understanding of AI risk, prompt injection, data governance at the endpointThe detail:Length: 12 month contractOnsite, New York (Remote may work, but onsite would be a preference) Rate: DOEStart: ASAPPlaced by Conquer AI - we work with Fortune 500 and FTSE businesses to design and deliver AI solutions at scale.Interested?
